The new laws include everything from death penalty executions to be carried out in any way not deemed unconstitutional, such as by firing squads or lethal gas, to requiring all educational materials in public schools to reflect the federal government?s designation of ?Gulf of America? to revising state regulations on ?dangerous dogs?.
