The legislation would require owners of dangerous dogs to secure their animals and ensure that they are microchipped, spayed or neutered. The United States and Ukraine have signed an “economic partnership agreement” that will give Washington access to Kyiv’s mineral resources in exchange for establishing an investment fund in Ukraine. The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office hosted a press conference on Wednesday afternoon to discuss the arrests of several people in connection with a large-scale drug operation in the area. Nineteen mugshots were displayed, along with several guns, vehicles and cash seized in the operation.

Attorneys for the family of Tiru Chabba hosted a news conference on Wednesday morning in Tallahasee, Florida, calling for full transparency and a thorough investigation of the deadly Florida State University (FSU) shooting. Chabba, a 45-year-old father of two, was one of the two men killed in the mass shooting. Six others were injured.
