Shots were fired Tuesday morning near the University of Florida (UF) campus in Gainesville, according to reports on the school's website. Authorities said no one has been injured during the incident so far, but the situation involves a barricaded suspect. West University Ave from 8th Street to 10th Street is currently shut down.
