Man arrested for allegedly abusing people with disabilities

A Marion County man has been arrested after investigators say he stalked and abused people with disabilities. Antonio Roman has been taken to the Marion County Jail and is facing charges including stalking, two counts of battery on a disabled person and two counts of battery.
