The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is excited to employ brand new technology this hurricane season to gather data like never before inside the 'worst weather in the world.' An uncrewed drone will be able to send back live data from the heart of a storm.

Utility crews and construction workers prepare for storms

Crews are making preparations ahead of inclement weather that is expected to move across the region. Construction cranes are being lowered at some work sites, including the I-4 Ultimate Project. Power crews are also preparing for any downed lines or outages.
