Floridians can now carry a firearm without a permit in most places, as long as the weapon is concealed and they?re not a felon. But some are still pushing the envelope, using a loophole in state law to carry guns out in the open. Michael Taylor -- the so-called Armed Fisherman -- owns several guns, including an AR-15 rifle, and often walked around with them strapped to his chest. Often, people call 911 and police respond.
