Kia, Hyundai owners see insurance rate hikes

Car thefts are on the rise in Marion County. Authorities said it is mostly impacting Kia and Hyundai owners due to a hack that was posted online. Kia and Hyundai owners across the country are now seeing their insurance rates spike because of higher incidents of thefts.
