Tropical Storm Emily forms in the Atlantic

Tropical Storm Emily formed in the Atlantic Ocean on Sunday morning, becoming the fifth named storm of the 2023 Atlantic hurricane season. It is also one of a handful of systems or areas of interest being watched by the National Hurricane Center in the Atlantic Ocean or Gulf of Mexico.
