Man allegedly flings dog into dumpster

A Florida man has found himself behind bars after he allegedly stuffed a dog into a trash bag and flung it into a dumpster behind a Family Dollar in Lee County, according to the sheriff's office. Anthony Bellman was charged with felony aggravated animal cruelty.
