New affordable community opens in Cocoa
Orchid Lake, a new affordable housing community in Brevard County, celebrated its grand opening on Friday. The apartment complex, located at the corner of University Lane and Michigan Avenue in Cocoa, offers monthly rent ranging from as low as $228 to $1,107, officials said.
