DC resident describes plane crash scene: 'It was sirens, nothing else'
Matthew Cappucci, who lives in Washington D.C., describes what it looked like to see dozens of emergency vehicles in the Potomac River and at Reagan Washington National Airport, searching for survivors after an American Airlines regional jet and a military helicopter collided in the air. Officials said there are likely no survivors on either aircraft after the crash. There are 64 people aboard the American Airlines plane -- 60 passengers and four crew members -- and three people aboard the helicopter, officials said.
