Parkland memorial design finalized to honor victims

Michael Moser, Chair of the Parkland 17 Foundation, joined FOX 35's Garrett Wymer on Florida Live to go over the finalized design for a memorial to honor the 17 victims of the Parkland school shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School on Valentine's Day 2018. Moser talks about the process in selecting a design and what it means to the victims' families and the Parkland community.
