Florida Gov. DeSantis talks property taxes

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has expressed interest in cutting property taxes, but said he's limited by the state Constitution. He referred to the "homestead" exemption as "not adequate." Is it private property or not? That's the question Gov. DeSantis wants the Legislature to consider.
