
Tavares child abuse case: Xavier Williams' aunt speaks
The State Attorney's Office hosted a news conference on Thursday afternoon to announce the prosecution will be seeking the death penalty for Kimberley Mills and her boyfriend, Andre Walker. Both will also now face upgraded charges for the death of Mills' 10-year-old son, Xavier Williams, including a first-degree murder charge. Xavier died in March of suspected torture and neglect. Xavier's aunt took the podium at the news conference to share her family's thoughts.
