Changes to Osceola County ESE program sparks outrage

Major changes are slated for the Osceola County School District’s Exceptional Student Education (ESE) program.The biggest changes to the ESE program include integrating special needs students into general education classes and creating ‘HUBS’ for special needs students who require a higher level of attention.
