Video shows police investigating party with alleged underage drinking

Newly obtained video shows Cocoa Beach police attempting to contact an elementary school principal and a teacher in connection with an alleged party involving underage drinking. The footage captures the moments officers tried to reach Elizabeth Hill-Brodigan, the former principal of Theodore Roosevelt Elementary School, and Karly Anderson, a teacher at the same school who has since been reassigned to Saturn Elementary.
