New program enticing restaurants to return to downtown Orlando

The City of Orlando is trying to beef up the downtown restaurant scene following the closure of popular places that shut down or moved out in the past couple of years. FOX 35's Morgan Parrish reports on the new the program that's offering to help new restaurants open.
