Police warn of theft rings at Welcome to Rockville

Tens of thousands of music fans packed Daytona Beach on Thursday night for day two of Welcome to Rockville, the largest rock music festival in North America. But while the festival delivers big sound and bigger crowds, law enforcement officials warn it also attracts a darker element: organized crime.
