Legal questions surround Florida ICE raid

Nearly two weeks after more than 100 people were detained at an immigration raid at a construction site near FSU campus, legal and logistical questions surround the next steps for the people detained in what officials called the largest illegal immigration raid in Florida history. Elizabeth Ricci, an immigration attorney with Rambana & Ricci has advised at least a dozen of those detainees and joined FOX 35's Garrett Wymer on Florida Live via Zoom to break down some of those legal questions, which include the shuttling of detainees across overcrowded detention facilities in Florida and Texas, where some detainees say they've been transferred 9 times.
