Residents wave flags to celebrate U.S. Army's birthday

The U.S. Army is celebrating its 250th birthday in Washington, D.C. with a massive festival, parade and concert. Locally in Winter Garden residents are coming together to wave flags in honor of the celebration. Dayna Gaut, organizer of the event, joins FOX 35 to talk about the importance of the event.
