Open container violation leads to ICE detainer

A man in Volusia County was approached by law enforcement when they saw him with an open container of beer on New Smyrna Beach. When they stopped him for questioning he told officials he was from Cuba and the Volusia County Sheriff's Office contacted ICE. FOX 35's Chris Lindsay has more information from law enforcement.
