Rep. speaks on colleges focusing on American students

Florida colleges and universities are making a big change when it comes to recruiting international students. Valencia College says it's because of the new immigration policies in the United States. U.S. Rep. Randy Fine joins Good Day Orlando to share his thoughts on the change.
