Cue the lights, the glamour and the awards! The Miss Florida and Miss Florida Teen competitions return to Lakeland as dozens of young women vie for trophies, bragging rights and money. Miss Florida is the largest provider of scholarship assistance to women in America. FOX 35's David Martin checks in with the current Miss Florida to see what her journey has been like over the past year.
