Funding for Florida's education department
On Monday, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis signed off on a slimmed down $115.1 billion budget. The 2025-2026 budget comes in less than the 2024-2025 budget, which was $117.46 billion. The budget will impact funding for schools, and school districts are saying the money allocated isn't enough. FOX 35's Marley Capper has the latest details.
