Fire at Flagler Beach pier construction site

A fire broke out at the construction site of the Flagler Beach Pier on Wednesday afternoon. The Flagler Fire Department confirmed it was caused by an electrical fire next to the pier. Crews from FPL responded and removed a damaged power line. A local radio station and a nearby lifeguard tower lost power, but FPL says service has since been fully restored.
