Orange County schools face $28M funding loss
It's only been a month into the new school year, but leaders say there are fewer students attending Orange County Public Schools. This means the district will be losing tens of millions of dollars in state funding. FOX 35's Amanda McKenzie explains just how much funding the school district is losing.
