Should Publix bring back its famous hurricane cakes?

In the 407's Dialed In segment, FOX 35's David Martin talks with Tim Lawler about his Change.org petition to try and get Publix to bring back these so-called hurricane cakes. Publix stopped making them a couple years ago saying it did not want to make light of devastating situations. More than 40,000 people have signed Lawler's petition.
