New court date set for suspect in deadly dog attack

Attorneys for one of the two dog owners charged in connection with the death of an 8-year-old boy in Volusia County are getting a delay in the case. Amanda Franco is accused of tampering with evidence and facing a misdemeanor charge in relation to the attack.
