Suspect arrested in Deltona condominium shooting
A 21-year-old man was shot and killed early Monday morning at a condominium complex in Deltona, deputies with the Volusia Sheriff's Office (VSO) say. A suspect has been arrested. Within 15 minutes, deputies said they spotted a man in the area matching the shooter?s description and took him into custody without incident. The suspect, identified as Brian D. Whittaker, 49, lived in another unit of the same complex.
