Senior Chef Showdown 2025 brought together the culinary talent of 12 senior living communities for a lively competition earlier this month with the goal of raising $35,000 to support Seniors First and its mission of combating food insecurity and enhancing the quality of life for older adults across Central Florida. Chef Paul Garcia, the winning chef, and Katherine Brown, with Seniors First, join Good Day Orlando to share samples of the winning dish.
