Florida hospital uses magnets, not stitches, in some surgeries

For surgeries involving separating the digestive track, Orlando Health says "Flexagon" magnets can link the digestive track back together with magnets on each side. By providing constant pressure, the magnets, limit bleeding -- leading to excellent results, the doctor said.
