A Florida substitute teacher is accused of looking at risqué photos and touching himself in front of students in the 7th grade classroom he was overseeing. The details were alleged in an arrest affidavit. He worked at Howard Middle School. OCSO said the substitute is no longer allowed to teach as its school due to the ongoing investigation.
