The Miami Dolphins' trade deadline just got a LOT more interesting, with the Fins parting ways with general manager Chris Grier, who's led the front office since 2016. The Dolphins' disappointing season cost the GM his job, but initial reports say head coach Mike McDaniel will stick around until at least the end of the season.
