Home, flood insurance not covering Eustis bridge damage

Following a private bridge's collapse in Lake County, frustrated residents are saying homeowners insurance is covering the costs. Residents can't return to their homes until the bridge is fixed. For some who can go home, they have to walk across the bridge to get home. Now, residents may need to pay out of pocket if they want to drive up to their homes again.
