Dr. John Sacher, a political analyst, historian and UCF History Professor joins FOX 35's Garrett Wymer to break down the agreement reached when eight Senate Democrats broke rank with their party to agree on a procedural vote which could reopen the federal government and end the longest government shutdown in U.S. history. Dr. Sacher dives into the contrasting opinions of the Democratic party, with several prominent Congressmembers vowing to vote against any bill that doesn't guarantee the continuation of the Affordable Care Act tax credits they say keep healthcare affordable for millions of Americans.
