End to government shutdown allows for federal flood relief in Titusville

Now that the federal government has reopened, Titusville residents can receive help for homeowners struggling after the neighborhoods were flooded. Small businesses, non-profits, homeowners and renters are among those who can get loans, and can speak with teams set up at the library until December.
