Drug suspect found dead after Orlando SWAT standoff
A drug suspect was found dead Friday following a SWAT standoff at a tattoo shop in a strip mall near Edgewater Drive and Lee Road, Orlando police said. Officers were serving warrants for multiple suspects linked to ongoing drug complaints at the shop when a man ran out of a back door holding an AK-47-style rifle before quickly barricading himself inside, according to surveillance video and police statements.
