Sentencing phase in Everett Miller trial begins

The sentencing phase for a man convicted of murdering two Kissimmee police officers began on Monday. Authorities say Everett Miller gunned down 26-year-old Officer Matthew Baxter and 36-year-old Sergeant Sam Howard two years ago.
