Charity donates doggy wheelchair to puppy

A disabled dog is getting around with a brand new set of wheels. The dog had an accident at birth, which made her quadriplegic. She was outfitted with a doggie wheelchair to get around, but a foster family returned her to the Humane Society without her wheels. So a local charity was able to raise enough funds to buy her a new chair.
