Trump cites Monroe Doctrine to justify Maduro capture
President Trump is justifying recent military action in Venezuela by citing the Monroe Doctrine, which has shaped American foreign policy for two centuries. FOX35's Garrett Wymer spoke with UCF history professor John Sacher live via Zoom about the policy, as well as, what some call, Trump's new "Don-roe Doctrine".
