Protecting Fla's Seawalls: State seawall permitting gets a 'C' in new study
A new Surfrider Foundation report gave Florida a "C" for its emergency seawall rules, warning that reactive, post-storm permitting harms shorelines and calling for proactive coastal planning to prevent catastrophic erosion.
