'I am shaking': Judge gives mystery homeowner more time to clean up property
Neighbors in Brevard County are livid after a Brevard County Code Enforcement Magistrate gave an unknown homeowner another 30 days to clean up their property. Neighbors have shared photos and videos of the home, which shows numerous rats climbing along the fences, as well as piles of what appears to be debris inside the home. It's a problem that one neighbor said has plagued the community for 10 years.
