In Orange County, the Rialto Apartments on West Sand Lake Road had concerns of structural instability, leading to Orange County Fire Rescue and the Orange County Sheriff's Office evacuating 200 units and close to 300 people from the building. Structural Engineer Ed Huth with huth Construction and Consulting joins FOX 35's Garrett Wymer to break down potential issues with the building that may have caused some of the cracks in the foundation to show and to react to residents' concerns with the building.
