Family of victim in 2025 FSU shooting plans to sue ChatGPT

Nearly one year after the deadly 2025 shooting at Florida State University, a lawsuit has been filed by the family of one of the victims, claiming ChatGPT aided the accused gunman. While the suspect, Phoenix Ikner, awaits his trial, Karni Chagal-Feferkorn, an Assistant Professor of USF Bellini College of A.I., Cybersecurity and Computing, joined FOX 35's Garrett Wymer live via Zoom to talk about the potential implications of this case.
