While their entire croissant selection is a buttery, flaky dream, The 407's Lauren Margolis featured their homage to the Dubai chocolate trend. The croissant is filled with a velvety pistachio cream, dipped in rich dark chocolate, and finished with a signature crunch of crushed pistachios and toasted phyllo.
