Volusia County councilman pushes for domestic violence offender registry

Matt Reinhart, a Volusia County councilman, is pushing for database for domestic violence offenders. Anyone who is convicted of domestic violence would have to register. Reinhart joins Good Day Orlando to talk about where the idea for the registry came from.
