Osceola deputy accused of battering woman he arrested
An Osceola County deputy has been arrested after concerned were raised regarding his arrest and treatment of a woman suspected of DUI. Officials have alleged that Deputy Joseph Billittier used "an unnecessary amount of force" while arresting the woman, and then lied about the incident on official police/court paperwork.
