ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. - Monday was another busy day at the Orange County Convention Center testing site.
The testing site has been busy the last several days as people wait for hours to get tested for coronavirus before Christmas.
FOX 35 saw cars bumper-to-bumper at the site. Cars lined up even before the testing site opened.
Orange County leaders say the testing site at Barnett Park has had to close early several days in a row because of long lines.
People want to know if they have coronavirus before spending time with family. FOX 35 spoke with local health expert who says this is the right thing for you to do.
"You're placed in that pickle between wanting to do the best by your family and also not wanting to hurt your family by potentially giving them something like COVID-19," Orlando physician Dr. Matthew Knight said.
Testing sites will be closed Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and On New Year’s Day.
