Orlando and Central Florida will see cooler temperatures as a cold front sweeps across the state on Thursday. Temperatures will drop into the 40s and 50s heading into Saturday.
ORLANDO, Fla. - A winter storm system moving across the South on Wednesday and Thursday spawned multiple tornadoes. Florida felt the brunt of that same system on Thursday which brought heavy rain, lightning, and damaging winds. As the system exits the state, it will usher in clear skies and cooler temperatures.

BEACHES:
The high rip current risk continues all along our entire east coast. Surf is around 4-6'. Temperatures beach side hit in the upper-60s, water temps are near 70. It is not recommended to enter the surf.
THEME PARKS:
Friday will be a great day for the park with clear skies and cooler temperatures. You may want to bring a jacket or sweater, especially after sundown, when temperatures will begin to steadily drop. Stay weather aware if you are heading to the theme parks today. Highs will top out near 68 degrees.
OUTLOOK:
Behind the latest front, expect the coolest air of the season this weekend. Afternoon highs will be in the low to mid-60s with overnight lows in the 40s. Rain chances return on Saturday.
