Biedel and her team have treated hundreds of first responders at their trauma clinic and often deploy to disaster scenes to provide behavioral health care for them.

Abramowski was originally convicted in 2006 for the killing of Cortney Crandall and had been serving a life sentence. Abramowski spoke Wednesday afternoon alongside his daughter and attorney.
